ingr\u00e9dients en une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Laisser reposer 2 heures.<\/p><p>Assaisonner les abricots de sel \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur. Les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque allant au four, badigeonner de beurre et saupoudrer de sucre. Cuire au four \u00e0 220 \u00b0C environ 5 min.<\/p><p>Saisir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les racines de campanule dans une po\u00eale. En tailler 1\/3 en brunoise et assaisonner de sel.<\/p><p>Dans une po\u00eale huil\u00e9e pr\u00e9alablement chauff\u00e9e, verser \u00e0 chaque fois 25 g de p\u00e2te (3 c \u00e0 s). Ranger directement dessus des tranches de champignons (les pied-de-mouton) en rosette, les badigeonner d&#8217;un peu de beurre et assaisonner. Cuire au four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C pendant 5 min.<\/p><p>Disposer les galettes sur des assiettes c\u00f4t\u00e9 champignon par-dessus. Poser sur chaque un abricot et piquer dedans les racines, fleurs et feuilles de campanules.
