le vin blanc et le sucre. Retirer du feu, y fondre la g\u00e9latine ramollie. Laisser infuser \u00e0 couvert quelques minutes, passer au travers d&#8217;une passoire fine et laisser refroidir. Incorporer la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e et l&#8217;Amaretto. Laisser une nuit au frais.<\/p><p>Pour les tuiles aux amandes, m\u00e9langer ensemble le beurre, le sucre et le miel. Incorporer la farine tamis\u00e9e, les amandes et les prunelles s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9, former un rouleau de 8 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Mettre au cong\u00e9lateur un petit moment. Tailler des tranches d&#8217;1\/2 cm \u00e0 la trancheuse ou avec un couteau bien aff\u00fbt\u00e9, et les poser sur des plaques \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouvertes de papier sulfuris\u00e9 en laissant assez d&#8217;espace. Recouvrir d&#8217;un film plastique et \u00e9taler au rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 un diam\u00e8tre de 12 \u00e0 15 cm. Retirer le film plastique et cuire au four \u00e0 160 \u00b0C environ 15 min pour obtenir des tuiles d&#8217;une belle coloration blonde. Former encore chaud en cornets.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une poche \u00e0 douille, garnir les cornets de mousse aux fleurs de prunellier.
