la farine et l\u2019eau sans faire de grumeaux. Ajouter les \u0153ufs puis le beurre fondu. Saler. Laisser reposer la p\u00e2te.<\/p><p><u>Duxelle de champignons<\/u>\u00a0:<\/p><p>Hacher les champignons apr\u00e8s les avoir bien nettoy\u00e9s. Ciseler finement les \u00e9chalotes. Dans une po\u00eale t\u00e9fal, dess\u00e9cher la duxelle avec un peu d&#8217;huile et de beurre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle saisisse. Ajouter les \u00e9chalotes et continuer \u00e0 revenir la duxelle jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 cuisson de celles-ci. Assaisonner et ajouter les herbes cisel\u00e9es. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p><p><u>Montage<\/u> :<\/p><p>Etaler sur la table les feuilles de consoude \u00e0 l&#8217;envers 2 par 2. Sur le milieu de l&#8217;une, mettre de la duxelle. Poser l&#8217;autre dessus et refermer comme un ravioli.<br \/>=&gt; les poils de la consoude permettent aux 2 feuilles de se coller ensemble.<br \/>Une fois les feuilles farcies, chauffer une po\u00eale t\u00e9fal huil\u00e9e. M\u00e9langer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 galette. Tremper les feuilles farcies dedans puis les poser dans la po\u00eale.
