Die geschnittene rote Paprika und das Bouquet garni hinzuf\u00fcgen. 30 Min. k\u00f6cheln lassen. Das Bouquet garni herausnehmen. Die So\u00dfe mixen und durch ein Haarsieb streichen. Salzen und mit Chilipulver w\u00fcrzen.<\/span><\/p><p>F\u00fcr die Pestwurz die Pestwurzstangen waschen, wie Rhabarber sch\u00e4len, in 5 mm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden und in kochendem Salzwasser blanchieren. Abschrecken und abtropfen lassen. Die Schalotte in etwas \u00d6l anbraten und anschlie\u00dfend mit der Sojaso\u00dfe abl\u00f6schen. Das ger\u00f6stete Sesam\u00f6l, das restliche Sonnenblumen\u00f6l und die ger\u00f6steten Sesamk\u00f6rner hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die Pestwurz in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit dem Dressing vermengen. Abschmecken.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr das B\u00e4rlauchpesto alle Zutaten au\u00dfer dem Oliven\u00f6l in einen Mixer geben. Fein p\u00fcrieren. Das Oliven\u00f6l nach und nach hinzuf\u00fcgen.
