Teig verr\u00fchren. Den Teig etwa 2 Stunden ruhen lassen.<\/p><p>Die Aprikosen innen mit etwas Salz w\u00fcrzen. In eine kleine feuerfeste Form legen, mit Butter bestreichen und mit Zucker bestreuen. Im Backofen bei 220 Grad 5 Minuten garen.<\/p><p>Die Wurzeln der Glockenblumen kurz in einer Pfanne braten. Ein Drittel davon in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und salzen.<\/p><p>In eine leicht eingeh\u00f6lte erhitzte Pfanne jeweils etwa 25 Gramm Teig (3 Essl\u00f6ffel) geben. Sofort rosettenartig mit einigen Pilzscheiben belegen, diese mit etwas Butter bestreichen und w\u00fcrzen. Im Backofen bei 180 Grad weitere 5 Minuten garen.<\/p><p>Die Cr\u00eapes mit der Pilzseite nach oben auf die Teller legen. Jeweils eine Aprikose daraufsetzen und in die Aprikose Wurzel, Bl\u00fcte und Kraut der Glockenblume stecken.
