    F\u00fcr die Mousse zun\u00e4chst die Schalotte und den zerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauch in Butter anschwitzen. Wei\u00dfwein, Senf, Barbarakraut und Gelatine hinzuf\u00fcgen. Im Mixer gut p\u00fcrieren. Durch ein Sieb passieren. Diese Zubereitung mit der Schlagsahne vermischen. Abschmecken.<\/p>
