Den Holunder auf 500 ml reduzieren. Die vorher eingeweichte Gelatine in kaltem Wasser aufl\u00f6sen. Die Fr\u00fcchte abdecken und ein paar Stunden abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">F\u00fcr die Steinkleesauce die Milch mit dem Steinklee zum Kochen bringen. Eigelb und Zucker blanchieren. Nach und nach die Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen und bei schwacher Hitze bei etwa 65\/70 \u00b0C 10 Minuten lang eindicken.
