Die geschnittene rote Paprika und das Bouquet garni hinzuf\u00fcgen. 30 Min. k\u00f6cheln lassen. Das Bouquet garni herausnehmen. Die So\u00dfe mixen und durch ein Haarsieb streichen. Salzen und mit Chilipulver w\u00fcrzen.<\/span><\/p><p>F\u00fcr die Toast-St\u00e4bchen die Toastbrotscheiben in St\u00e4bchen schneiden. Etwas \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Den Thymian und die in Streifen geschnittene Knoblauchzehe hinzuf\u00fcgen (um das \u00d6l zu aromatisieren). Anschlie\u00dfend die Toastbrotst\u00e4bchen von allen Seiten anbraten. Auf saugf\u00e4higem Papier herausnehmen.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr R\u00fchreier die Eier mit einem Eier\u00f6ffner \u00f6ffnen.
