und die Holunderbl\u00fcten dazugeben. Zugedeckt 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Durch ein Haarsieb streichen und sorgf\u00e4ltig auspressen. Den Zucker zu dem Holunder-\"Tee\" geben und ausl\u00f6sen lassen. Die zuvor in wenig Wasser eingeweichte Gelatine dazugeben und aufl\u00f6sen. Das Sonnenblumen\u00f6l nach und nach hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit einem Stabmixer homogenisieren. Abk\u00fchlen lassen. Die Sahne steif schlagen und unter die Holundercreme heben. Die Plastikzylinder auf einer Seite mit Klarsichtfolie und Gummi schlie\u00dfen und mit der Holundercreme f\u00fcllen. Kalt stellen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Holzstiele bis zur H\u00e4lfte (5 cm) in die kalte Creme stecken und im Tiefk\u00fchlfach oder in der Tiefk\u00fchltruhe gefrieren.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Das Holunderbl\u00fctenparfait aus dem Zylinder nehmen und die H\u00e4lfte mit wei\u00dfer Kuvert\u00fcre nach Packungsanweisung \u00fcberziehen.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Anmerkung: man serviert das Holunderbl\u00fctenparfait mit Orangenkonfit\u00fcre mit Waldmeister sowie Erdbeersauce, die man als Dips (siehe Foto) in kleinen Sch\u00e4lchen reicht.
