Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die Zwiebeln mit Oliven\u00f6l in einem Topf anschwitzen. Die passierten Tomaten und die anderen Zutaten (au\u00dfer den Kn\u00f6terich) dazugeben. Die Sauce 10 min k\u00f6cheln lassen. Den Kn\u00f6terich dazugeben und nochmal ca. 10 min langsam k\u00f6cheln lassen. Das Kompott abschmecken.<\/span>.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Man kann es kalt als Vorspeise, zum Beispiel zu Fischpastete, oder warm als Gem\u00fcse zu Fisch oder Gefl\u00fcgel servieren.
