zum Trocknen aufh\u00e4ngen.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr den Kartoffelbrotteig Mehl, gekochte und rohe Kartoffeln, Hefe, Wasser und Wiesenkerbelkraut 8 Minuten in der K\u00fcchenmaschine kneten. 20 Minuten zugedeckt ruhen lassen. Dann salzen, weitere 8 Minuten kneten und nochmals 20 Minuten ruhen lassen. Den Teig in St\u00fccke zu 35 Gramm (etwa Eigr\u00f6\u00dfe) portionnieren. Jedes Teigst\u00fcck auf einer bemehlten Fl\u00e4che zu einer etwa 15 Zentimeter langen Wurst mit einem Durchmesser von 1 Zentimeter rollen und um die Wiesenkerbelst\u00f6ckchen wickeln. Die Stockbrote auf ein einge\u00f6ltes Backblech legen. Leicht anfeuchten und mit den Wiesenkerbelsamen bestreuen. Etwa 1 Stunde im kalten Backofen gehen lassen.
